Parking: Free street parking is available throughout Shelbyville, Kentucky. Overflow parking with shuttle service at the Shelby County Fairgrounds and the Shelbyville Conference Center.
Accessibility: Most festival grounds are ADA accessible.

The Shelbyville Trolley will run during the Dogwood Festival, providing free public transportation during the Dogwood Festival. The Dogwood Artisan Showcase will take place at the Shelby County Fairgrounds on the same day.
